Our staff is available Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time to answer your questions and help you with your order.

Online freight is based on UPS tables, and for oversized, overweight, and/or multiple items (like hurdles) our freight carriers may provide substantial savings, so give us a call! Some items are not available for purchase online because they are oversized, or custom (pits, standards, custom uniforms, etc.). Shipping prices on the site are for continental U.S. only.

Online purchases are made by credit card - Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. If you need to pay by P.O., check or money order, please call us at 800-688-8227 and we can process your order over the phone. Check orders will be sent upon successful processing of your check, Purchase orders must be sent by fax or mail on official letterhead and signed by someone with authority to purchase for your organization.


A top priority is getting product to you FAST. Our goal is to ship all stock orders within 24 hours from receipt. Backorders will be shipped within 10-15 days or as soon as stock is available. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed on the next business day.

Business day refers to Monday through Friday and excludes the following holidays:
January 1, Observed Memorial Day, July 4, Observed Labor Day, Observed Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, December 25-26, December 31.

Orders are shipped via standard ground service. UPS Next Day, Second, & Third Day delivery is available at an additional cost.


All products shipped from Elite Athlete will be F.O.B. Gresham, OR 97030 unless otherwise arranged. Risk of loss passes to purchaser upon delivery of product by Elite Athlete to the carrier. Inspect all shipments for freight damage when received. Freight damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt, at the receiving end. Shipping prices on this site are for continental U.S. only.

Inspect each shipment upon receipt of merchandise against our packing list and the delivery receipt.

Notations of any shortage or damage to the merchandise or packaging must be made on the delivery receipt before signing it.

Discrepancies or damage that occurred in transit are the common carrier's responsibility, and a claim must be filed.

Please inspect poles for visible and concealed damage before signing delivery receipt. Elite Athlete is not responsible for damage after delivery receipt is signed and shipment is accepted.

All claims must be filed by the customer within 48 hours after receipt of shipment. Including shortages, mis-shipped items, and/or defective goods.


Closeout and discontinued items may not be returned.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package and also noted within.

Please call our Customer Service Representatives at (800) 688-8227 for a return authorization number.

RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the invoice date.

Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge within 30 days from date of invoice.

RA numbers for items that are to be credited or replaced must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

If you are exchanging merchandise for any reason please include the additional shipping cost of the new merchandise.

Elite Athlete will not refund return shipping.

The return of merchandise for reasons other than defective goods or mis-shipped items, are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Only merchandise authorized for return will be credited to the customer's account. Any additional items or unauthorized merchandise returned will not be credited and will be disposed of at the discretion of Elite Athlete.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you protect yourself against loss of returned items by sending the package(s) insured mail or insured UPS.

Orders for custom merchandise cannot be cancelled once processed. Custom merchandise is not returnable for any reason other than defective merchandise.


We work hard to ensure competitive pricing for our customers. Our policy is to offer competitive pricing and great customer service.


The user assumes all risk of injury related to product use. Elite Athlete assumes no liability for improper use, maintenance, or assembly negligence. The purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Elite Athlete harmless from any claims or damages arising out of the use of the products by third parties.
